Returns for Exchange or Store Credit Only
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Process for Exchanges
- Please use the Free return label or contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
Store Credit
- If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount. The gift card can only be used on our website www.gomezwesternwear.com.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase on the Gomez Western Wear website and does not expire.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
