RETURNS

Our policy is within 30 days of receipt.

Returns and exchange are no cost for unworn and unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused (i.e., unworn, and unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) It must also be in the original packaging. For boot purchases, please try them on a soft surface or carpet to avoid marks and scratching on the outsoles.

Refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow 5 – 10 days for online returns to be processed. Please contact us at customerservice@gomezwesternwear.net  if you have not received a refund.
