Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

• Per California Penal Code Section 653, we cannot sell python or lizard products in California. We currently are unable to ship our python or lizard boots or accessories to the state of California. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx. For Alaska and Hawaii orders please allow 10 – 12 days for delivery. For APO/FPO orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, we will send you an email confirmation or SMS with tracking information. Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hrs.

Can I purchase something online and pick it up at a store?
We currently do not support in-store pickup. store inventories vary and may not have your item in stock. You can always call the store to see if they have the item you want in stock and purchase the item directly from the store for pick up.
